Mission The mission of P4C Industry Knowledge Program (P4C) is:
- To provide high-quality, educational training seminars for people involved in property preservation services.
- To instill professional basic standards in property preservation through ongoing education.
Objective The objective of the P4C Industry Knowledge Program is to enhance the professionalism and credibility of property preservation contractors by providing training that enhances skills, practices, and techniques.
The P4C Industry Knowledge Program is the starting point. Those enrolled in this program gain knowledge of property preservation job responsibilities including inspections, basic preservation techniques, documentation and reporting. A P4C trainee is prepared to efficiently and skillfully perform specific property preservation tasks.
Background P4C was founded by a group of leading property preservation contractors from around the country who saw a need to raise the level of professionalism in our industry. The goal was to provide consistent, high-quality training from respected industry leaders to field service personnel.
They created and produced a core curriculum including classroom learning, hands-on training and mentoring programs. Via training contractors gain insight into the property preservation industry while obtaining basic knowledge to serve the field service companies. The centerpiece of the core curriculum is the two-day P4C Industry Knowledge Program.
What Makes P4C Different
|
Training Our training methodology utilizes three methods of learning. This includes a acilitated discussion of the course written material, a review of a short video sequence, and a live demonstration with sufficient one on one practice time. Combining these three learning methods increases the retention rate and reduces liability.
Mentoring Our Mentoring program is designed to be flexible to meet the varying needs of franchisees and property preservation business owners. A P4C Mentor works with the individual to establish goals and objectives. The P4C Mentor then works with the individual and organization to achieve these goals.
Quality Assurance Our quality assurance programs ensure that each person trained by the P4C Industry Knowledge Program upholds the same standards as taught in the program.
