Advisory Board

Purpose
The primary purpose of the P4C Advisory Board is to provide guidance to the P4C Industry Knowledge Program along with the P4C Directors and owners. The Advisory board will work with the P4C Directors to keep the P4C Industry Knowledge Program materials current, to help set the strategic direction, and to explore business development opportunities. In addition, the Board is to facilitate the link of P4C to the property preservation community by advising on areas in which P4C may be of service.

Structure
The advisory board consists of 5 seats in addition to seats held by the President, Executive Director, Training Director, and Quality Assurance Director.

Term of Membership
Initial Advisory Term- The first 5 registered franchise owners will fill the 5 vacant seats on the advisory board.

All future terms will consist of staggered two year terms. The first 2 positions will expire in December 2008. The remaining 3 positions will expire in December 2009.

Meetings
Quarterly meetings will be conducted in person and via teleconference when necessary. The meetings will take place during the second week of January, April, July, and October. The time, date and location will be agreed upon at the previous meeting. Instructors
